Step 1 - Book a Repair
You can book for your appliance to be repaired: – By filling our simple online booking form here or by sending an email to: repairs@yayaappliancerepairs.co.za – or by calling: 078 946 1113.
Step 2 - Confirmation
A technician will give you a call the same day to confirm your suitable and preferred date and time to come to your premises to examine and repair your appliance.
Step 3 - Quote & Repair
After examining your appliance on the confirmed day & time, the technician will quote you on the required repair. If you accept the quotation, there’ll be no call out fee. The technician will carry out the repair and give you an invoice when done with the job. All repairs and parts comes with 6 months guarantee. However, If you decide not to go ahead with the repairs after receiving the quotation, our technician will charge you a call out fee of R450.
Step 4 - Payment
All Payments must be made directly to the technician after the repair is done, or by EFT to the bank account provided.
